Accras with sardines
Ingredients
- 2 cans of sardines in extra virgin olive oil
- olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small red pepper
- 120g flour
- 100ml water
- 1 C. at s. baking powder
- Frying oil
- Salt and pepper
The cooking steps for a tasty recipe with canned sardines in extra virgin olive oil:
- Drain the sardines and mash them with a fork in a bowl.
- Finely chop the onion, the garlic and the chilli thenadd them to the bowl with the crushed sardines. Mix together.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder
and a pinch of salt. Add cold water and mix to obtain a smooth paste. - Add the sardine mixture to the batter and well
to mix together. - Heat frying oil in a deep fryer. Using a spoon, take a small amount of the dough and dip it in hot oil and repeat.
- Fry the accras until it have a lovely gold color,about 2 to 3 minutes per side, then place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
- Serve the accras hot, accompanied by a spicy sauce
such as Mexican sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 can of natural tuna
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tomato
- 3 tbsp. at s. fresh cheese
- 1/2 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
The cooking steps:
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the cores.
- Cut the tomatoes into small dice.
- Drain and crumble the tuna in a bowl.
- Pour the lemon juice, diced tomato, salt, pepper and mix.
- Garnish the avocados with this mixture tuna.

Ingredients
- 1 can of sardines with Espelette hot chili pepper Organic
- 150g of black olives
- 1 clove of garlic
- 20g of pine nuts
- 1 lemon
- Salt/ Pepper
The cooking steps:
- Pit the black olives.
- Finely mix the olives with the garlic, the sardines with their extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts and the juice of a lemon.
- Add salt and pepper
- Leave to cool in the fridge for a few hours.
