To cook tasty recipe, it is important to choose tasty and healthy ingredients.

- 1 turkey
- 100 g of mushrooms
- 2 white onions
- 1 can of Hénaff Pork Pate
- 50g of melted butter
- 50 cl of chicken broth
- Sal, pepper
Cooking steps | French cuisine for Thanksgiving
- Sprinkle the turkey with salt and pepper
- Peel and slice the button mushrooms, onions and shallots
- Crush roughly the Hénaff Pork Pate and add it to the mushrooms, onions and shallots to obtain a filling. Then, put this filling in the turkey.
- Preheat the oven to 180° C / 350° F°
- Put the turkey on an baking dish and baste it with the melted butter. Then, let the turkey cook during 1 hour 15 minutes. Don’t forget to baste the turkey with the chicken broth.
- Cut the turkey and slice the filling.
